This crazy bastard comes out of the side of his neck with some of the most vile rhetoric in music today -- and calls it music? ODB's got to be hip-hop's answer to Marilyn Manson. One listen to "Nigga Please," and you have evidence that he is not well.

How do you rate an album like this? You either get a kick out of his apparent total loss of morals or values, or he disgusts you. Gotta admit, though, his beats are well above average. And the remake of Rick James' "Cold Blooded" is hilarious -- Dirty actually shows some focus. Snap-references pop up just as his delivery starts to get monotonous. Then, before you know it, he's got your attention again. You can tell a person's character by the things they find amusing. God, I'm guilty.
