Movie: Anger Management

Our Rating: 2.00
Unbridled rage is always funny, right? Not in this meandering comedy, which sentences a falsely accused batterer (Adam Sandler) to 30 days of supervision by a manipulative counselor (Jack Nicholson). A riff on post-Sept. 11 paranoia hints at a misanthropic bonanza, but the movie quickly becomes bogged down in off-message penis gags and B-list cameos. Sandler did angry better in Happy Gilmore.
