This atmospheric voyage into holiday downtempo grooves is none too far from the normal output of San Francisco's Om label. With the exception of groove-centric reworkings of "Winter Wonderland" and "What Child Is This," most of the material is new, showing that even beat merchants Kaskade, J Boogie and Rithma feel the holiday spirit. Largely restrained, this is the perfect sonic backdrop for chic Christmas parties and snowbound holiday dinners.
