"It's cute" will be the overwhelming coo that greets this sweet meetup between Jimmy Fallon and Drew Barrymore. And Fallon certainly is cute as a schoolteacher with a Boston Red Sox jones that preoccupies his entire life. Aside from seeing only red, he's a bundle of thoughtfulness and unpolished charm. Barrymore is yes cute, too, as a high-powered executive with sought-after math skills and a peaking career but not much success in relationships. They hook up in the off-season, meaning that things go easily until Fenway Park kicks into action: She tries to be a sport, but his obsession is put to the test. Still, there's no angry fighting or wild love scenes as the chums figure out how to ease into extra innings. It seems like only yesterday that Barrymore was kicking around this kind of plot with Adam Sandler; she and Fallon look so much younger together. And cuter.
