she could eat.

One of our wonderful food writers, the fabulous Holly Kapherr, has temporarily departed Orlando for an internship at Cooking Light magazine. She's been posting on her blog, I Could Eat, about her experiences up in Birmingham, working with the editors of the largest food magazine in the world and, most important, daily tasting the creations of the test kitchen.

This is a lady with a well-developed palate and strong opinions. For the moment she's exercising the former and keeping the latter to herself, but I bet by the end of the year we'll be seeing a definite French influence on CL's recipes. And a lot of ceviche.
