One of our wonderful food writers, the fabulous Holly Kapherr, has temporarily departed Orlando for an internship at Cooking Light magazine. the creations of the test kitchen.
This is a lady with a well-developed palate and strong opinions. For the moment she's exercising the former and keeping the latter to herself, but I bet by the end of the year we'll be seeing a definite French influence on CL's recipes. And a lot of ceviche.
