Rapper the Game's sis recovers, asks for more

I'm no fan of Compton, Ca. rapper The Game, as readers of XXL can attest to, but I was happy to see that his sister, Sherani Taylor, has recovered nicely from being shot in a drive-by outside The Game's house back in October.

But I'm not sure announcing the when and where of a "homecoming party" is the best idea ever. Hell, even if you're going to wish her well, still not a terrific plan.

Regardless, she'll be at the Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles on Pico today in a few hours. Good luck!

Here's the press release info:

Famous Los Angeles Hip Hop Mogul ''The Games'' sister Sherani Taylor aka ''BFLY'' will speakout for the first time after violently being shot. She was recently released from the hospital and will be treated to a family and friends homecoming on Wed. February 4, 2008 - 11am at Roscoes House of Chicken and Waffles located at 5006 West Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles.
