Lady-skinning, dick-tucking goodness from the Band in Heaven




I'm all for the sweet bleached sounds of formerly local/now West Palm Beach shoegazers the Band in Heaven. At heart, they're pop songsmiths, as evidenced by the couple or so covers they do. But one in particular caught my attention at the Indie Summer Fest, and that's "Goodbye Horses" by Q Lazzarus. Yes, the infamous song from Silence of the Lambs. You know, the one that Buffalo Bill likes to rock out to, full-frontal-style. Well, that song rules. And Band in Heaven's fuzzed and fried version rules too. Now you can cop it for free here:
