It was over almost as soon as it began. Back in 2010, present and former members of Summerbirds in the Cellar, Viernes, Attachedhands and For Ex-Lovers Only came together as Father Figure, a rollicking rock act that never got the chance to fully take flight. That’s because, later that year, frontman Curtis Brown up and moved to New York for school. This week, he’s back in town, briefly, and getting the band back together for a one-off reunion. Why here?
