We just received word that Irish pub and restaurant Paddy Murphy's in Baldwin Park will be closing as of Feb. 1.

Here's a message released on Facebook from the bar owners and a rundown on bar happenings and drink specials going on this weekend:
To all our dear friends and awesome patrons...Paddy Murphy's in Baldwin Park will be closing its doors Friday, Feb 1. It has been an amazing 6 years and we have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people! We are so thankful for all the friendships we have made over our years in business and all the memories we will be taking with us! We hope you join us this weekend to reminisce and say good bye in true Irish style!!! Slainte! Shannon & Tom Murphy
Friday, Jan 25 –  8-9 p.m. free domestic drafts & 9 p.m.-? free pear Magner's and half-off Irish fare Saturday, Jan 26 – 7-10 p.m. $3 well liquor and half-off all entrees Sunday, Jan 27 – $3 burgers and $1 hot dogs all day
