Attention budding filmmakers. If you've been sitting on your hands or tinkering with some last minute edits to turn your middling low budget effort into an unqualified masterpiece, your time is almost up. The Florida Film Festival is calling for your entries.
The short film submission period has already ended, but you still have a little bit of time left for features. The last call deadline for feature film submissions is on Friday, December 6th.
If you're going to tinker with anything last minute, make it the sound. A film that sounds like a real film makes visual mistakes easier to mentally edit out.
The annual festival runs from April 4th-13th, 2014.
For information on submitting digitally, see the Florida Film Festival's official site.
