A Pasco County man and woman were shot this afternoon while awaiting a showing of "Lone Survivor. " Before the movie began, one member of the couple was texting, which started an altercation with the suspected gunman, which ended in gunfire. The husband and wife were both taken to a Tampa area hospital by ambulance, where the husband has died, and the wife is suffering from non-life threatening injuries.
I guess we should really heed the pre-show messaging to silence our cellphones, huh? What's next, metal detectors at the theater?
