Local Relief in Abstract band Fortune Howl stirred us up with last year's release Earthbound (our reviewer called it genius), and last week, they released a music video for the track "Interzone Export" that adds warm visuals to their soundscaping. Our reviewer described the music as "dreamy swimming" at times, which is mildly funny considering how the video's main character opens up the video by trudging up-stream through waist-deep waters. Animated by Louis Crevier and under the creative direction of Guillermo Casanova, the video complements their sound nicely and its premise calls to mind Darren Aronofsky's The Fountain.
