As part of their "Spread the Happy" tour, a Nutella food truck is giving out Nutella samples, sharing Nutella food pairings/recipes  and engaging visitors in Nutella-focused games right in front of the Orange County Regional Historic Center (at the corner of East Central and North Magnolia) until 1:30 p.m. today.
