Loads of variations on the “low dough art show” spring up everywhere during the holiday shopping season, and we couldn’t be happier to see them. Everybody wins at these shows focused on inexpensive, gift-worthy art: Local artists get some quick end-of-the-year cash, local galleries get some holiday foot traffic, and local art lovers get one-of-a-kind prezzies to stash under the tree. At this particular exhibit, nothing is priced over $100, and unlike the usual routine, you get to take your work home right off the wall rather than waiting for the show to end. Hit up the ATM and go spend on pieces by Jaime Torraco, DRES13, Lucy Fur, Plinio Pinto and our own Brendan O’Connor, among many others. Jingle jingle!

opening 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29; show hangs through Jan. 2, 2015 | The Falcon, 819 E. Washington St. | 407-423-3060 | facebook.com/thefalconbar | free
