The SAK players share an original take on a groan-inducingly omnipresent Christmas classic: A Christmas Carol. We’ve seen it, all right? This thing has been passed around more than a blunt at the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. At this point, the only thing that could get us interested would be a Batman cameo – which is almost exactly what SAK has planned. Each night, the cast performs a scripted production of the Dickens tale, only to be hijacked (invaded, if you will) by a crowd-sourced improvised character. The rest of the cast must stay in character and work around the plot twist as best they can. Editor’s request: Please avoid any choices that deal with a Kardashian butt. God bless.

through Dec. 28 | 7:30 p.m. Friday | SAK Comedy Lab, 29 S. Orange Ave. | 407-648-0001 | sak.com/invasion | $15
