The first Flavor Farm Series Dinner is Friday, April 3, at American Gymkhana. Chefs Hari Pulapaka (Cress) and Aarthi Sampath (American Gymkhana) celebrate their Indian heritage with a five-course farm-to-table dinner, and cocktail and wine pairings come courtesy of noted mixologist Hemant Pathak and Jenneffer Pulapaka. Cost is $75 per person, or $110 with parings and a mini-cocktail hour. Seatings are at 6:30 and 8:30, and tickets are available here.

The duet of tastings promises to be a unique experience, combining the Indian spices and techniques that both chefs are familiar with (though Pulapaka's Cress is not an Indian restaurant) with the freshest of Central Florida produce. Beverages should be equally inspired, with wines expertly selected by Cress' Jenneffer Pulapaka and cocktails crafted by the award-winning Pathak. The menu, posted below, looks delicious.
