If the week has left you sad about either missing Dave Chappelle or being too poor to afford Tig Notaro tickets, you may want to drown your sorrows in the Milk District this Saturday. In addition to Bull & Bush's Shit Sandwich, which we think is one of the best, if not the best, comedy showcases in town, Spacebar has a special comedy show lined up with Orlando Indie Comedy Festival alumni Mo Arora. If you caught the Atlanta-based Canadian comic at the festival last year, you already know he's funny. If you didn't, a) shame on you and b) all you need to know is that he's opened for cats like Norm MacDonald and Judah Friedlander to get an idea of his pedigree. He brings fellow Canadian Jeremy Dobski from Toronto with him.
You'll also be able to welcome back local comics Sean Finnerty, Marie George and Joe Chlapowski, who just took a trip to Finnerty's home country of Ireland and found welcoming crowds for their stand-up sets.
Check out some of Arora's work below. Shit Sandwich at Bull & Bush is free and starts at 9 p.m. Saturday, but should end by 10:30 p.m. Spacebar Comedy Presents Mo Arora starts at 10 p.m. and costs $5.
