Orlando does brunch like few other places and starting May 31, a brand-new brunch option will be available.

Chef Mickey’s, the popular breakfast and dinner spot in the Contemporary Resort, will now offer a brunch option. Pulling menu items from both of the current menus, the new menu will include soups, salads, barbecue ribs, seafood étouffée, Mickey waffles, omelets and an ice cream bar.

Like the breakfast and dinner meals, brunch will be a character meal with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Donald and Goofy typically scheduled. Characters are subject to change, so visitors will need to call ahead to see who will be there.

Chef Mickey’s has long been one of the most popular breakfast spots at Walt Disney World. Filling the southern end of the fourth-floor Grand Canyon Concourse, the buffet restaurant allows diners views of the 90-foot-tall Mary Blair tile murals and the passing monorail trains.

Brunch will run daily from 11:35 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
