The days of going whole-hog at first-Saturday-afternoon pig roasts at the Ravenous Pig
are just about over (sort of).
The restaurant is putting the kibosh on the prix fixe lunch event and moving it just across the street to sister restaurant Cask & Larder
The demise of RavPig's roasts makes way for the restaurant to get into the brunch game with a new Saturday mid-morning menu to start Aug. 8.
This weekend marks the last pig roast at the Winter Park gastropub from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and for $17 ($2 more than when the roasts first launched, FYI), your plate will come piled with smoked BBQ pork, smoked sausage, braised black-eyed peas, collard greens and cornbread.
Wash down all that porcine pleasure with $5 draught beers or a special $5 punch from the bar.
