Restaurants open, restaurants close: new steak, beer and pizza in Orlando

In early 2016, STK Orlando will open in Disney Springs. The high-end modern steakhouse will also offer the only rooftop dining experience in Disney Springs.

Red Cypress Brewery, which made a great showing at last Saturday's Orlando Beer Festival, is now tapping in Winter Springs.

The fourth Florida location of Pie Five Pizza Co. has opened in Ormond Beach.

Mango's Tropical Cafe will open in the former Friday's Front Row space on I-Drive next month.

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill in Phillips Crossing has closed and will become a Rubio's Coastal Grill next year.

Switching its focus from stars of the celebrity type to stars of the astronomical sort, Planet Hollywood in Disney Springs will close in January and undergo a major facelift, after which it'll reopen as Planet Hollywood Observatory in the spring of 2016.
