Two I-4 exits will close for good starting tonight, let the rage begin

Two more exits on I-4 will permanently close tonight, making the massive I-4 Ultimate project just slightly more annoying.

At 10 p.m., the Florida Department of Transportation will close westbound exits 81B and 81C on either side of Kaley Avenue, detouring traffic to Exit 81A to Michigan Street.

However, Kaley Avenue's eastbound exit will still remain open.

The overall goal is to eventually combine the Michigan Street and Kaley Avenue interchanges, which will take two to three years to finish.

For now, if either of these exits are part of your daily commute, well, good luck out there.
