A St. Petersburg fisherman caught a 400-pound Goliath grouper with a wrench

Fisherman Ryan Hein of St. Petersburg hooked a 400-pound Goliath grouper last week using a lure he made with a number 11 wrench.

"When we saw the size of the fish we were shocked, said Hein to ABC Action News in Tampa Bay. "It was only the first drop and the third pull up before the fish took the bait."

As he states in the above video, Rein pulled in the massive fish using a 50 pound rig. Impressive.

He now plans to try a fork and maybe a butterknife.
