Jiro Dreams of Sushi plays on the TVs around the place and there's a Boy Kong mural on the exterior wall facing west (#thatssoorlando), but inside, Kabooki Sushi might as well be straight outta Tokyo.

For Bite30 (which continues through June 30), Kabooki has put together a $30 prix fixe dinner menu that includes one of its most craveable creations — tonkatsu ramen soup. In that buttery broth, you'll find a soft-boiled egg, Berkshire pork belly, onion, fish cake and enoki mushrooms sitting atop those gorgeous fresh noodles.

To start, you have the option of a middleneck clam soup (nothing wrong with an all-soup meal), spicy tuna salad or cobia ceviche. Whatever app you pick, you won't go wrong with Kabooki's selection of the freshest seafood they can get their hands on.

If you head out for Bite30 this week, be sure to tag your Instagram pics with #bite30 for a chance to win beaucoup gift certificates to Bite30 restaurants.
