L.A. based Latino rapper King Lil G creates music that hybridizes West Coast rap with Mexican music flourishes. Check him out live tonight at Backbooth.

King Lil G's latest album Lost in Smoke 2 is heavy on sonic allusions to classic '90s West Coast rap, while the lyrics and intense and honest, cautionary tales from a life of struggle.



Show is at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Backbooth. Tickets are $25.
