National Dance Day Orlando is coming at a pretty much perfect time. In a summer full of sadness, there’s really no better panacea than to keep dancing. The annual event offers a full day of free dance classes taught by legit dancers. One of those legit dancers is Cyrus “Glitch” Spencer from So You Think You Can Dance, although he may not measure up to everyone’s favorite, Twitch. During this dance-filled day, there will be a tribute to Pulse from Keep Orlando Dancing, so participating dancers might even get their 15 seconds of fame.

8:30 a.m-3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 30 | Seneff Arts Plaza, 445 S. Magnolia Ave. | 844-513-2014 | nationaldancedayorlando.com | free
