Japanese psych/hippie-freakout godparents Acid Mothers Temple have planned a rare full-band tour of the U.S. for this spring, and even more rarely, just announced an Orlando show as part of this journey. Guitarist Makoto Kawabata tested this waters with a duo Orlando show last year with Tatsuya Nakatani, and looks like he found the City Beautiful favorable enough for a big-time return.

Acid Mothers Temple play the Social on Friday, April 14 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $13-$15 and go on sale Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. FFO: Gong, Syd Barrett, Magma, Hawkwind, deafness.
