In honor of this week's National Spelling Bee, the Google Trends Twitter account released a map of every state's most frequent "how to spell" searches, and apparently Floridians can't spell "receipt."

Yeah, receipt is a tricky one, combining the old "I before E except after C" exception with a silent "P."

North of the state border, in Georgia, the most frequent search was the word "gray," the spelling of which is often confused with "grey," as it is spelled in England.

The most common "how to spell" search was the word "beautiful," which popped up in five states.

Hey, at least we can spell our own name, unlike Wisconsin.
