Describe your sound in five words:
Improvisational funky jazz that grooves

Five questions:

What has been your most memorable show so far?
Mister Whisker 2017 (put on by the Orlando Facial Hair Club) was an amazing opportunity to play for a good cause and the best beard contest was incredible. Playing the House of Blues for a sold out crowd was also incredible for sure. A lot of our recent shows at Lil' Indie's have been inspiring and memorable for us musically as well.

Which local band is your favorite one to play a show with?
We always have a blast playing with Copper Bones. Ryan and Gregg are amazing musicians and both groups embrace a nontraditional approach. Our appreciation for each other’s uniqueness generates an interesting vibe that makes the shows fun.

What description gets used for your band that you would most
like to correct people on? Why?
I think we get labeled with more of a jazz thing, but there’s more to it than that. It’s ok that people have a hard time describing our band or even pronouncing the name of it. We intentionally want to provide a different musical experience that draws on our diverse influences and pushes us creatively beyond what we’ve done in the past.

What’s your favorite thing about being an Orlando band? What's your least favorite? Why?
Our favorite thing about being an Orlando band is the great and supportive music community that provides a space for us to explore our sound and creative process. There are too many people to thank that have come to shows or help us in all the ways a band needs. I-4 is still the worst!

Any big news to share?
We're currently writing for the next record and playing every second Monday of the month at Lil’ Indie’s!
