Ginuwine and his 'Pony' come to the House of Blues this week

Ginuwine might never have a hit as big as his debut single, “Pony,” but we’ll say this for the man: No one’s ever accused him of brainwashing groupies into joining a cult. The soulful singer of lovemakin’ stokers like “Differences” and “In Those Jeans” headlines this “All-White Affair” at the House of Blues alongside DJ Envy, co-host of the syndicated hip-hop and R&B radio show “The Breakfast Club.” The focus on a dress code
makes sense, as Ginuwine’s reputation for maintaining a dapper
wardrobe is one of the reasons Parks and Recreation’s Tom Haverford (Aziz Ansari) identifies so closely with the singer. So go ahead: Treat yo’ self.

with DJ Envy | 9 p.m. Friday, July 21 | House of Blues, 1490 Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista | 407-934-2583 | | $27-$37
