Hops Boss Brewery recently opened in the spot formerly occupied by Hotto Potto in Winter Park, giving the area some much needed Bavarian cuisine.

The new spot opened June 30, and according to the their Facebook page, all beers are all prepared at the on-site brewery "in compliance with the Bavarian Purity Law," which allows only for natural ingredients. Their beer selection includes lagers, wheat beers, light and dark honey flavors, and porters.

Their Eastern European menu includes many options such as roasted pork ribs, roasted lamb shank, cooked sour cabbage and potato pancakes.

Hops Boss is located at 3090 Aloma Ave. Suite 150, and is open from noon to midnight everyday.
