Athens' Five Eight to play Billy Manes memorial show in September

Athens indie-rock stalwarts Five Eight are heading down to the City Beautiful at the end of September to play a memorial show for local legend (and friend-of-the-band) Billy Manes. Another Manes-favored act – ORL powerhouse the Pauses – will take part in the night as well, an event sponsored by the Billy Manes Foundation.

Five Eight and the Pauses play a concert to remember Billy Manes on Friday, Sept. 29, at 9 p.m. at, appropriately, Will's Pub. Tickets are $8-$10.
