That insatiable craving for a Brontosaurus Rib usually settles in on Sundays, when every 4 Rivers Smokehouse is closed. But not this weekend.

This Sunday, the Kissimmee location will shed tradition in honor of Kissimmee Police Department Officers Matthew Baxter and Sgt. Richard "Sam" Howard, who were shot in the line of duty on Friday. Baxter died at the scene, and Howard died on Saturday. One hundred percent of the net proceeds of sales from the day will be donated to the families of the slain officers.

The kitchen will serve a full menu from noon-4 p.m., so that Krispy Kreme bread pudding will be well within reach, and you can order it for a good cause (read: guilt-free).
