The Old Spanish Sugar Mill Grill and Griddle House, a beloved make-your-own pancake destination at DeLeon Springs State Park, will continue to serve flapjacks, or at least let you make your own.

The Sugar Mill has signed a five-year deal with the state of Florida to continue operations at DeLeon Springs State Park, reports The Daytona Beach News-Journal.

For 50 years, the make-your-own pancake landmark was operated as a concession under an agreement with the Florida State Parks Service. However, back in July, owner Patty Schwarze worried that her contract would not be renewed after months of no answers from the the state.

After encouraging fans to contact the park service, it seems Schwarze got her wish.
