Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, a Utah-based Tex-Mex chain with a near cult-like following, will open their first Florida location in Winter Park in a couple weeks.

The grand-opening will take place at their new location in front of the Winter Park Whole Foods (1050 N. Orlando Ave.) at 10 a.m. on Sept. 13.
The event is open to the public and will include a presentation of a $2,500 check to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.

Don Miguel Julio Juarez III would be proud.
