If you still don't have power, but have meats in your freezer that are still cold and aren't sure how much longer they'll stay that way, take them to Petty's Market in Longwood.

The specialty meat and gourmet foods market is offering to cook your previously-purchased proteins for free so you can take them home and put them in a cooler for later consumption.

According to FoodSafety.gov, cooked meats can last in refrigeration for three to four days, so if you take those steaks in today, you can eat them until Sunday at the latest.

Petty's also has free coffee, device charging stations and as always, cold beer on tap. Also, lots of fancy non-perishables so you can treat yourself a little today.
