Feel like stepping out on a Thursday night and have a little extra cash to spend for a good cause? Head to the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes for Homestead Harvest, a dining event to benefit Fleet Farming, at Whisper Creek Farm.

Starting at 6 p.m., chefs Peter Zampaglione and Scott Pizzo of Highball & Harvest, one of the Ritz-Carlton's signature restaurants, will show guests their chops with a dinner under the twinkle lights.

Chef Kenny Gilbert of Top Chef fame (shown, below), who owns and operates Jacksonville's Gilbert's Underground Kitchen and Gilbert's Social, will be the featured guest chef.
