A food truck carrying loads of bacon, and bacon-inspired treats is coming to Orlando this holiday season.

Applegate, the "natural and organic meat" brand, is sending their Bacon Express food truck on an east coast trek, like some sort of bacon fairy godmother, and it's making a couple of Orlando stops.

The truck will make its first Central Florida appearance on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. outside the Whole Foods Market at 8003 Turkey Lake Road. Then, on Sunday, Dec. 3, find it at the Light Up SoDo holiday event from 3 to 6 p.m. at the SoDo Shopping Plaza on South Orange Avenue and Grant Street.

Besides bacon, expect to find holiday-inspired concoctions like bacon hot chocolate, bacon cookies and bacon brownies.
