Yesterday, SCOTUS began hearing a case with major implications for religious liberty and America. Praying they make the right decision and preserve the right of individual conscience.

In Florida, we're not gonna sit around and leave liberty up to dispute. I filed HB 871, the Free Enterprise Protection Act, so business owners don't live in fear of social justice zealots.

A government that can compel your speech on a wedding cake, may also compel your speech in other public forums. Protecting First Amendment rights is ALWAYS the way to go. If I were AGl, I would file a friend of the court briefing advocating the overturn of the Baker case.

I am encouraged by yesterday's oral argument in the case. When I'm AG, I will protect our constitutional rights to free speech and religious liberty.
