Orlando's all-vegan eatery Leguminati to open in Hourglass District

When one door closes, another one opens.

After a bitter dispute with Sandwich Bar owner Matthew Scot that effectively ended Leguminati's foray into the Milk District, the self-described "bean team" has teamed up with Foxtail Coffee Co. and will open inside the beanery's soon-to-open space in the Hourglass District.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner options will be served seven days a week at the Hourglass District location. Their menu will include everything from their fan-favorite CrunchMacs to breakfast sandwiches, paired with Foxtail's locally roasted, responsibly sourced craft coffee.

When we reached Bex Larsen to ask about the new spot, she said she was "super excited! … It's in process." The team is already in a whirl of activity getting ready. Leguminati anticipates opening inside Foxtail's space at 2401 Curry Ford Road by the end of March.
