In response to last week's school shooting in Parkland, Florida, protesters will gather in Orlando next month to demand sensible gun reform from our country's politicians.

As part of a nationwide movement, "The March for Our Lives" is organized by "Florida Resistance," and will take place March 24, from noon to 3 p.m at at Lake Eola Park.

You can follow the event's Facebook page here.

The main rally will be held in Washington D.C at the same time.

March for Our Lives is made up primarily of students a who fear for their own safety in schools. "The mission and focus of March For Our Lives is to demand that a comprehensive and effective bill be immediately brought before Congress to address these gun issues," reads the site.
