Since we in America seem to feel the need to celebrate a holiday almost every day of the year, today's random holiday is National Pancake Day.

While it might not be as cool as National Margarita Day, IHOP is using the holiday for a good cause. The pancake supplier is offering guests a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes, and asking for a small donation to help them reach their goal of $5 million for children's hospitals and organizations.

The promotion is good from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. today.

Here's where you can find all the Orlando-area IHOPs.
