Tired of all the kids hogging the balls at the Science Center’s super-cool citrus-themed playground? This weekend, you can fight over them with fellow adults. The Science Center goes adults-only with an evening devoted to hands-on demonstrations and presentations on a variety of topics, along with several opportunities to get buzzed on beer, wine and cocktails.

8-11:30 p.m. Saturday; Orlando Science Center, 777 E. Princeton St.; $15.95; osc.org
