International reggae icon Maxi Priest has announced a North American tour set for this summer and Orlando will host the kick-off show!

Priest pioneered a reggie/R&B hybrid in the late '80s in the U.K. that became known as "reggae fusion" and took that style worldwide. Roughly three decades later, Maxi Priest is still a creative force to be reckoned with.

Maxi Priest plays the House of Blues on Saturday, June 23, at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $22.
