Miami Beach Police say they are investigating how a panicked white horse got inside a packed nightclub called Mokai Lounge.

Authorities began looking into the incident after a small video clip emerged showing a bikini-clad woman riding the horse, which appears to be led by a man pulling it on a rope. Suddenly, the horse bucks until it throws the woman to the floor and the crowd screams. The man pulls the scared horse out of the club.

Meanwhile, animal activists and people who generally think having wildlife in the club is a no-go have been tearing Mokai Lounge a new one on Facebook.

"Shame on Mokai Lounge for ever allowing this to happen," writes Leeza Marie Juelle. "I’ve reached out to local law enforcement and am hoping to hear back. I will also be sending this disturbing video to local news stations in hopes this nightclub can be penalized for the abuse of a poor and helpless animal. This is inhumane and deserves serious attention ASAP."
