Describe your sound in five words: Dreamy, vocal driven emo pop.
What has been your most memorable show so far? We had an amazing time playing Pulp Fest 2018 in Orlando last year! It’s an honor to share the stage with so many friends and bands we love.
Which local band is your favorite one to play a show with? There are so many talented musicians in Orlando, which means we get to play with different bands almost every bill. But just between us, the loves of our lives are Kinder Than Wolves. Don’t tell them though; they might get a big head.
What description gets used for your band that you would most like to correct people on? Why? Being thought of as a “female-fronted band”. When people hear that, they make assumptions before ever even listening to us. We want people to see our band as a band, not as something that’s interesting only because there are women in it.
What’s your favorite thing about being an Orlando band? What's your least favorite? Why? Our favorite thing is that a lot of touring bands come through, so we often get to meet musicians from other states. We’ve made some great friends this way! Our least favorite thing is that our location makes it hard to get too far out of Florida for a weekender. Despite this, we’re making it a goal to travel farther as much as possible.
Any big news to share? Our next single, “Man Who Wasn’t There” is going to be released in just a few days on 2/15! We can’t wait to finally share it with everyone.
