As a cultural hub for music and art, the Milk District is the perfect venue for this rock & roll festival. For the second year in a row, East Robinson Street will be shut down to make room for four stages, where 20 bands will perform. But even though the road will be closed, the street’s award-winning bars, food trucks and retail stores will still be open. Don’t miss local Southern rock standouts Thomas Wynn & the Believers and Miami hip-hop band Spam Allstars.

4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 | The Milk District, East Robinson Street and North Bumby Avenue | | $15-$280
