Homeless coalition shelter in Orlando opens doors to all during tonight's chilly weather

The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida has announced it will not refuse any person seeking shelter from the cold, regardless of space, due to a forecasted low temperatures on March 5.

The Weather Channel predicts a low of 41 degrees Tuesday night in Orlando.

Overflow space will be available for single women and families in the Center for Women and Family and single men in the Men's Service Center.

The Coalition campus is located at 18 N. Terry Ave. in Orlando.

Doors open at 7 p.m.

The Coalition is asking for monetary donations to help offset costs. Those willing to donate should visit the Coalition's website.
