Brooklyn's Big Eyes bring big hooks to Will's Pub

Brooklyn’s Big Eyes revolves around lead singer and songwriter Kait Eldridge, who’s been leading the band – named after a Cheap Trick song – since her early 20s. Now a decade into the band’s existence, Eldridge wears her love of classic power pop on her sleeve. Lead single “Lucky You” from the upcoming Streets of the Lost album on Greenway Records is pure hook and riff, echoing the polish of Big Star’s more rocking moments. The new album is out on Friday, April 5, making this essentially an album release show. Go celebrate.

with Wet Nurse, the Nervous Girls, the Palmettes | 8 p.m. Saturday, April 6 | Will’s Pub, 1042 N. Mills Ave. | | $8-$10
