Reyes Mezcaleria and Dixie Dharma collaborate on a vegan chef's dinner in May

Time to put down roots, Orlando! Next month, the culinary geniuses of Reyes Mezcaleria and Dixie Dharma will pool their powers for Rooted, "a plant-based chef collaboration."

Chef Wendy Lopez (Reyes) and chef Shaun Noonan (Dixie Dharma) will join forces to serve a 100 percent vegan, six-course tasting menu in the lovely environs of Reyes, which is celebrating two years in business. Vegans and vegetarians who've enjoyed the Reyes vibe (and tasty drinks) will finally be able to fill their bellies as well.

Cocktails start at 6:30, and there'll be live entertainment throughout the eventing. Tickets (inclusive of tax and tip) are $125.
