Kevin O'Donnell, co-owner of the Local Butcher and Market and The Porch in Winter Park, is poised to bring a food hall to Edgewood this fall.

O'Donnell will open Gatlin Hall at the redeveloped Fort Gatlin Shopping Center on the corner of South Orange Avenue and Gatlin Avenue this November.

Like the Local Butcher and Market in Winter Park, both Da Kine Poke and Swine & Sons will occupy stalls. The Local Butcher will operate a "micro butcher" says O'Donnell, who's also in conversation with numerous pizza vendors to house a pizzeria in the hall.

The food vendors will surround the focal point of the space — an on-site brewery and taproom by Gatlin Hall Brewing.

There will also be a dog-friendly, 4,000-square-foot patio area featuring outdoor games, activities and various events.
